The backbone of optics starts with the barrel.
A lens barrel is the spine of any optical system — it sets lens spacing, alignment and mechanical stress. We machine ours to ±0.01 mm.
Precision Lens Barrel
Aluminum / stainless / brass. Black anodized inner walls to suppress stray reflection. ID/OD concentricity within 5 μm.
Lens Mount & Retainer
Press-fit and threaded retainer rings with thermal-expansion compensation. Optional auto-centering structures.
Optical Assembly
Lens insertion, alignment, bonding and optical-axis measurement in-house. MTF reports provided.

We have been designing and manufacturing LED control systems since the mid-2010s.
